Welcome to ADKie. We are part of ADKie “Adirondackie”. Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE
ADKie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
Returns
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us right away and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. If anything is damaged, please be sure to take a couple quick pictures. Anything replaceable we will send out for free.
Shipping charges may not be refunded if or when:
- Customer changes their mind about purchase
- Customer did not fully read listing and understand product
- Customer isn’t satisfied with appearance or style of reclaimed product or material
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee will be applied because our items are made to order.
Shipping and Processing fees
on Returns or Damaged Items
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your return orders.
VERY IMPORTANT: Once shipment arrives at its designated location, it is up to the buyer and/or person who is accepting the shipment to check through and inspect the items for damage. If any damage is found, DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGE. Refuse shipment and contact us immediately to process a new order for you. If shipment is accepted with damage, we can not reimburse the buyer, and the buyer will have to file a claim with the shipping company to dispute the shipment damages.

The Furniture
Our Bourbon and Wine Barrels are made from French and/or American White Oak. The barrels have been through years of usage, wear and tear and stress leaving recycled and reused material unpredictable. The barrel wood will and/or may react differently to various environments and climates.
The ADKie “Adirondackie” is NOT responsible for any of the following due to improper and or lack of correct maintenance: Warping, splitting, splintering, cracking, fading of colors.
PRODUCT PRICING INFORMATION
The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in stores. The prices displayed in our catalogs are quotes in U.S Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.
ADDITIONAL NOTE
Any decorative items or accessories displayed in the images are not included with the purchase.
